All bikes shipped directly to your home are 95% assembled in a box and require basic tool skills to complete. If you choose 'Click & Collect', our professional mechanics will fully assemble and safety-check your bike for free.
What is your return policy on cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets or GPS devices once opened.
How much does shipping cost for heavy items?
Standard shipping is free for orders over $99. For bulky items like bikes, e-bikes, and indoor trainers, a flat-rate heavy goods shipping fee applies based on your delivery zone.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we offer professional bike fitting at select 99 Bikes boutique locations. You can book a session online to optimize your riding position for comfort, efficiency, and power.
What warranty comes with a new bike?
Every bike sold comes with a manufacturer's warranty covering the frame and non-consumable components. Additionally, 99 Bikes provides one free initial service within the first three months of ownership.
Can I pay for my purchase using installments?
